Tom Halloran, LEED AP / Project Manager

Tom is passionate about rolling up his sleeves and digging into the details. In over ten years of working in the construction industry, he’s proven that it’s how the details are handled that determine the client’s experience and the success of a project. And because Tom sees relationships as long-term, he works hard to build lasting partnerships with architects and property owners that go beyond “the job at hand.”

The appreciation for attention to even the smallest construction detail is what attracted Tom to Greiner - a company that understands that what matters most is quality work and going the extra mile to please our clients with all the right finishing touches.

Tom’s construction industry aptitude, combined with his positive attitude, sets him apart. His clients quickly learn that Tom can be relied upon to ensure that every important issue is addressed. Customers have also come to count on him for timely communication on project status and for his unique insights into specific technical aspects of construction -- like mechanical systems -- where he has extensive background and expertise.

Tom holds a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota. He is a member of ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineering).

His professional career highlights include successful projects for Western National Insurance, Marketing Architects, Wayzata Investment Partners, Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology, Minnesota History Center, Health Partners and Spire Federal Credit Union.
