Spencer Finseth, LEED AP BD+C, CESSWI / Senior Director

Over the last two decades, Spencer has managed almost every type of project imaginable: hotels and restaurants, small retailers and big box stores, corporate offices, churches and movie theaters. Some experiences have required that he adhere to very specific protocol, while others necessitated that he guide the process every step of the way. Whatever his client's need, Spencer aptly adapts his approach and builds the best team for the job.

Before joining Greiner Construction, Spencer managed over $200 million in projects and the construction of over 3,000,000 square feet of space. He takes pride in the fact that much of his work has been for repeat customers. His background includes direct experience with nearly every aspect of the construction process -- estimating, scheduling, cost control, on-site project management, field quality control, and vendor management. And while he excels at all of these, his favorite part of the job has always been building relationships. Spencer’s daily goal is to exceed his client's expectations from project beginning to end.
