Randy’s experience as a Superintendent has taught him that client needs come first and that clear communication is key to keep all parties on track and on schedule. His background as both a carpenter and foreman help him understand the day-to-day needs of his team and the importance of quality at every turn.
Randy joined Greiner Construction in October of 2004 as a carpenter and quickly proved to be an adept manager of client projects with excellent results and a valued member of the Greiner team. He has developed a reputation for his straightforward approach to communicating with clients, sub-contractors and employees with dedication to delivering the highest quality product to the customer, approaching each job with the customer's needs as the highest priority.
A familiar face in many downtown Minneapolis buildings such as: Wells Fargo Center, IDS Center, RBC Plaza, Accenture Tower and 50 South Sixth Street, Randy’s client experience includes projects for many leading companies including Maslon Edelman & Boorman, Dain Rauscher, Denali Marketing, Faegre & Benson, Charles Schwab, Graco and Hines.
