Paul Kreutzfeldt, General Superintendent

There’s a phrase you’ll hear often from Paul Kreutzfeldt, “It’s all about the customer, pure and simple.”  It’s not in Paul’s nature to crow about himself; he prefers to talk about his customers and the satisfaction he gets from taking care of them. Quality is foremost in his mind as he handles the daily demands of a General Superintendent.

Paul has proven time and time again that he is more than up to the challenge of handling complex projects -- he expertly manages schedules, the workforce and job-site requirements and tackles any unexpected challenge with relative ease. He is completely dedicated to bringing every job in on time and on budget.

Paul treats every project as if he’s the owner of the company and that their money is his money. He has a strong track record of winning the confidence of his clients, subcontractors and others who look to him for straight answers and clear advice.

Paul has worked with Greiner Construction since 1998. He truly believes it is the best job he’s had and his enthusiasm shows. He has managed highly successful projects for clients such as: Oracle, Aetna, Bowman & Brooke, Stoel Rives, Crowne Plaza, Ameriprise Financial, Faegre & Benson, Setter Leach & Lindstrom, Larson Allen, Ebenx, and Maslon, Edelman, Borman & Brand.
