Patrick Peters, Superintendent

Patrick hasn’t earned his impeccable reputation for understanding client needs by doing all the talking. After more than 20 years in the industry, Patrick knows that “listening more and talking less” is the key to smooth and successful projects.  Patrick’s clients trust him because he takes the time to truly understand their needs, responding quickly to changes and communicating what’s happening, when and why.

His straightforward business philosophy has also built his credibility with construction suppliers, subcontractors, building managers and other key contributors. They rely on his clear and sound reasoning when making decisions affecting scheduling, budgets and safety. His outstanding work and dedication as a foreman led to his promotion to Superintendent in 1999.

Patrick earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota. When he’s away from his client projects, he is active in prison ministry through his church and manages the Alpine Ski Race Program at Welch Village ski area.

During his tenure with Greiner, he’s led many successful projects, including: Health Partners, Spire Federal Credit Union, Metro Urology, Marketing Architects, Western National Insurance and Select Comfort.
