Les Bordsen, General Superintendent

Les believes construction is all about people, communication and accessibility. He is committed to creating an atmosphere where employees can deliver their best work. He works equally hard to help his construction vendors and suppliers maximize their performance along with building highly effective relationships with architects and clients.

With more than 30 years of construction experience, Les has held a wide variety of jobs from tenant improvement to out-of-ground projects – all completed with a craftsman’s sharp eye for perfection. Along the way he has coordinated budgets and manpower, deftly overseeing entire projects and communicating the process and progress to clients.

Skilled at keeping even the most demanding jobs operating smoothly, Greiner has entrusted Les with many large and complex projects, including one that required a year-long relocation away from home.

Les' superior organizational skills have delivered many successful projects, including: Polaris Engineering Addition, GE Fleet Services, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Plymouth Corporate Center, Park Nicollet and Securian.
