Kevin Vayder, General Superintendent

Customers understand what they’ll get from Kevin -- a straightforward commitment to completing projects on time and without problems. Kevin is adept at managing manpower and field operations for a large number of projects, and he respects and understands the importance of his customers’ peace of mind. 

With 25 years of construction industry experience, Kevin has a keen vision of what every project requires, and this diligence shows in everything he manages. He sets job expectations, maintains schedules and reviews plans. Most importantly, he develops solid relationships with all the key players: the client, subcontractors, engineers and security personnel.

His hands-on experience is backed with a full four-year carpentry apprenticeship. Kevin has coordinated and managed all types of construction projects – large and small, from start to finish. 

Respected for his knowledge and his attention to quality, service and relationships, Kevin has managed an impressive record of successful projects, including: Ciprico, Quad Graphics, Xcel Energy, Endura, BNC Bank, Clark Consulting, Rider Bennett, Wells Fargo Bank, LifeSource, and Primera Technology.
