Jim Welch, LEED AP / Senior Project Manager

To ensure that every job is done right the first time, Jim focuses his attention on three critical elements: details, communication and follow-through. These are the pillars of a job well done. Jim sets the bar high, and expects to exceed his customer's expectations for professional service, quality and efficiency.

Jim began preparing for his career with a degree from Bemidji State University, Bemidji, Minnesota. Prior to joining Greiner Construction in 2000, he worked as a Facilities Manager. From this experience, Jim gained the insight necessary to understand what keeps his clients awake at night, and a “sixth-sense” for identifying and addressing critical issues - such as timelines and pricing - in a proactive and thorough manner.

Jim’s expertise, experience and work ethic have led to successful results on a wide variety of projects, including: The Lacek Group, Aetna, E*Trade, Visitation School, Ronald McDonald House, Oppenheimer & Co., Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Sightline Partners, and Lake Point Condominiums.
