Hans Siefker, LEED AP / Director of Project Management

Since beginning his career with Greiner in 1998, Hans has demonstrated a rare understanding of the universal language of business, and the nuances particular to construction. He knows that getting the job done right and on time translates into customer productivity and profits.

Over the years, Hans has excelled as a Maintenance Supervisor and Carpenter in both residential and commercial markets. He earned his degree in Construction Management with a double minor in Business and Interior Design from Minnesota State University, Mankato. A strong combination of hands-on experience and a well-rounded construction education has helped Hans value the importance of effective communication with everyone involved in a project. He encourages his crews to focus on collaboration and take as much pride in their work as he does.

Hans’ grounded approach to work is consistent with his approach to life. He’s involved in Homeward Bound and organizes Greiner’s annual “Golf Fundraiser” for LifeSource Organ Donation.

Hans has led a number of successful projects, including: Oracle, Universal Hospital Services, Educational Credit Management Corporation, Larson Allen, Wells Fargo,  Ernst & Young, French Meadow Bakery, and Navitairre/Accenture.
