Dave Vlieger, Superintendent

Dave joined Greiner in 2005 with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He’s well known for his close attention to detail, ability to build strong team chemistry and commitment to excellence -- all hallmarks of his ability to get jobs done well. His broad work experience spans virtually all types of construction projects from tenant improvements to ground-up construction projects.

He has effectively supervised an impressive number of public works projects for hospitals, government buildings and schools. His background as a carpenter helps him understand the tools and direction his team needs to deliver superior results on time and on budget.

Dave’s studies at North Hennepin Community College have given him a strong foundation in building codes, plan reviews and field inspection.  His skills have been further expanded through the study of architectural drafting, estimating, carpentry and blueprint reading at North Hennepin Technical College.
