Brian Wessels, LEED AP BD+C, CESSWI / Project Manager
Not one to shy away from a challenge, Brian enjoys digging into a project, fully understanding the requirements and establishing a plan to make it succeed. By treating the project as his own, Brian is able to maintain the client’s interests while ensuring a quality result.
He brings to Greiner his experience as a laborer, superintendent, scheduler, estimator and project manager. He is equally at home helping coordinate a design charrette as he is getting mud on his boots.
From building use, to material selection and implementation, Brian knows how he can positively impact the people, the project and the customers’ bottom line. He always strives to incorporate technology such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) to proactively address conflicts, accelerate the construction process and deliver a quality project.
Brian holds a Construction Engineering degree from Iowa State University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Erosion, Sediment and Storm Water Inspector.
