Bert Westerman, LEED AP / Project Manager

Bert’s energy, passion for work well-done and ability to build productive partnerships has already made a huge impact on every project he has led. A strong leader and motivator, Bert holds himself and his team accountable for excellence in every facet of a successful project.

Bert began his career with Greiner Construction in 2006 and has never looked back. Within his first year, Bert was managing build-outs ranging from small office expansions to 50,000 sq. ft. office/warehouse renovations. Throughout his years with Greiner, Bert has demonstrated commitment to excellence on par with Greiner’s exceptional reputation in the community. In doing so, Bert has compiled an impressive list of satisfied clients.

Bert proudly served his country as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps where he led squads of up to 20 Marines and earned four Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Awards. Today he brings that dedication and quest for achievement to all his clients.

Bert has led a number of successful projects, including: Ciprico, Automation, Quad Graphics, Pinta Foam-Tec, TCF Call Center, Winmark, Maguire & Strickland, WJE, HG&K, Colon & Rectal Surgery Associates, General Casualty and Numerous Park Nicollet Clinics including: Plastic Sugery, Retina, Pediatric Eye, Sexual Health, Podiatry, Shorewood, and Ambulatory Surgery Center.
