Barry Stoffel, LEED AP / Project Manager

Ask Barry about any of the many successful projects he’s managed and he’ll tell you, “Teamwork is everything.” Delivering an outstanding finished product is impossible without an effective and well-managed team, and Barry is skilled at bringing the right people together for the smoothest possible process.

Barry holds a Construction Management degree from Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota. As a Project Manager, quality construction, superior craftsmanship and meeting deadlines are his foremost concerns throughout the project. He takes seriously his responsibility for accurate job costing and timing, treating each job as if every client’s time and money was his own. 

More than just a job, construction is Barry’s calling. In his spare time, he renovates and manages investment properties of his own. He also volunteers with Ramsey County Family Service Center and Homeward Bound.

Barry’s experience covers a diverse range of construction projects. Over the past several years he’s acquired significant expertise in the medical and banking industries including projects for United Health Care, Health Partners, Wells Fargo, Dougherty Financial, Regus, US Bank, Accenture Tower, IDS Center. Hines, Jones Lang LaSalle, Eco Lab, and Minnesota School of Business.
