LEED Projects Completed
Greiner Construction is proud to have completed the following LEED certified projects;
Tom Hochstaetter, Senior Project Manager, completed two floors of One Financial Plaza for Nilan Johnson Lewis in 2009. Tom has also completed LEED projects for Bowman & Brooke and Smith Group offices.
Spencer Finseth, Director of Construction, completed The Solhem Apartments in Uptown in 2009.
Kory Carlston, Project Manager, completed construction in the Historic Renaissance Square Building in 2008, constructing LEED certified offices for DLR Group. The project received the Green Building of America Award by Real Estate and Construction Review.
Greiner Construction has begun work on the Danish American Center is Minneapolis that is working towards LEED certified status and looks forward to working with clients on their LEED projects in the future.
