March 2009, Minneapolis, MN - Greiner Construction’s Sr. Project Manager, Jim Welch recently passed LEED accreditation managed by the Green Building Certification Institute. LEED accredited professionals (LEED APs) have a demonstrated knowledge to steward the LEED certification process of green building practices and principles. All Greiner Construction project managers are LEED accredited.
