Greiner Construction Celebrates 15-Year Anniversary by Moving Offices
August 2004, Minneapolis, MN - Greiner Construction marked its 15th anniversary in June by moving its corporate offices to the Northstar Center West on Marquette Avenue.
The firm's new eighth-floor office overlooks downtown Minneapolis and is just three blocks from its former location. The expanded office provides meeting space for clients and efficient work areas for Greiner's 60-person staff.
"We thought that after 15 years in the remodeling and construction business, it was time we experience what our clients go through," joked Founder and President Wolfgang Greiner. "What goes around comes around!"
New Office Reflects Interiors Focus
Like the corporate clients it serves, Greiner Construction worked with professionals - HTG Architects and Eminage Interiors -- to design its new offices. The firm also performed all the custom buildout work itself. "That's one of the advantages of having full-time carpenters and master craftsmen on staff," said Greiner.
We wanted a space that reflected what we do - custom interiors. It also had to be an inviting place for us to meet clients, architects, vendors and building managers.
The rooftop garden on the same floor makes our location even more appealing. It's the perfect place to host clients and take in the lights of the city," he observed.
Office Space Serves Clients and Employees
"We're thrilled to have moved into space that's so visible, attractive and convenient for our clients and employees," said Greiner. "After all, they're the reason we have so much to celebrate after 15 years."
