Characterized by an extremely difficult site and a late-winter start date, this 60,000 sq. ft. addition project was complicated to say the least. Bordered by a city bike path and heavy-traffic highway, the site had multiple earthwork and storm water issues. To top it off, timing was tight. Despite breaking frozen ground, Greiner rose to the challenge in order to meet a summer opening deadline.
